3rd time not a charm

As my first 2 choices of accommodation for my annual visit to Cambridge for business were not available I had to return to the Holiday Inn for the 3rd consecutive year. I hoped against hope that my complaints last year might have been remembered and acted upon but no. Service at dinner was just as tardy and I was so cold in the restaurant I had to wear my coat despite asking for the air con to be turned down and be seated away from it. Because the company were paying for the accommodation with dinner included I felt we were treated like 2nd class citizens. The first evening we were not even offered alternatives- just the set 3 course menu.
The room did not have enough plug sockets, no usb connection points, some lights did not work, the bathroom fan was inadequate, the thermostat disabled and the bath difficult to get in and out of for a shower despite the rails
