There are hotels of better quality for the same amount of money or less per night in Guatemala City. I had to call the reception to change me to another room because the one they gave me smelled so bad that my nose just clogged up. There is no air circulation and I suspect that mold under the carpets or inside the walls is the cause of the bad smell. The room curtains smell so bad that I had to wash my hands immediately after opening them: they smell like urine. If that wasn't enough, I saw two cockroaches crawling under the door. DISGUSTING! The room they gave me the second time was no better. I would not stay at this hotel ever again...at least not in Guatemala City...Avoid rooms 602 and 402.

I suggesty that yu train your people on the use of the IHG Rewards, because in my check in they gave this coupons to for room service, free cocktail and dry clean.The thing is that I ordered a meal for room service and when I was about to pay I wanted to use my %% coupon and they told me "yo were supposed to tell that at the time you ordered, then I wanted to cash my free cocktail the next day, and they told me no because I was suppose to use it the day I Checked In.
So my suggestion is that you have to train your people on asking, if the customer has coupons, or want to do something or that you have any promotion with the card, otherwise the customers don´t ask because we don´t know.

Muy buena atención en especial con respecto a la seguridad.
Excelentes habitaciones con excelente cama y almohadas.
En general todo el servicio muy amable.
