This is the third time my family has stayed at this location and we have been very pleased.
The staff is very professional yet nice.
Easy transportation into DC is very helpful.

We had reservations for the night of July 4th. Two days prior to check-in I asked if we could possibly have early check-in. We arrived at 10:00 am and were told that there were no rooms available at that time. That wasn't a problem since we were heading to DC for the day.
We arrived back to the hotel at 4:00 pm after a hot and sometimes rainy day in the city. We were told that our room wasn't available and that they would contact us when it was. We were also told that there was no compensation due to the fact that we used our points. Basically, I was told that they didn't care. Then, at 5:15 we were told that our room was finally available. This is totally unacceptable.
I have been to many, many properties and have never had an experience like this. I was also not even recognized for my Rewards Club membership. The lack of caring by the staff made this stay unacceptable. The property was average. I'll never go back again. How can your room not be available after 5:00 pm?
