Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience -- Won't Be Back Nearly gave our room away despite having called earlier in the day to say we would be very late. Then, despite having an explicit reservation for 2 single beds, only had a room with a king bed available (for two work colleagues travelling together). THEN, charged us a ridiculous fee for a tiny snack mix and Kit Kat bar that were sitting out and appeared to free -- no note whatsoever saying that we would be charged for them. If this is how you treat your platinum members, then I will take my business somewhere else. 24 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by book non smoking room and given smoking room we have book two night non smoking room through travel agent and f/d give us smoking room without t any information. we are try to check in early as room is not ready we have to wait for 2 hour . During this time f/d should offer comp. at least comp. tea/coffee after all we have travel from other country and travel for 8 to 12 hrs. when we ask for it they surprise and inform that have you received welcome drink?? all other thing are ok 24 February 2015

Special thanks to Mr. Shankar for his effort. Overall stay was good. I really enjoyed having the chat with the chef during breakfast everyday. He makes sure that we enjoyed the food and ask for our feedback for improvement. 17 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rotten moldy bath was the start of it.... Checked into room 512. Went up and started unpacking then saw the state of the bath. The floor of the bath was very moldy, black spots AND had a foot long gash in the base. Absolutely disgusting. Rang down to reception and they sent someone up to check. This is surprising as the bath obviously was in that condition for a while and the room cleaner had not taken the room out of service. I was moved to a smoking room as no further non smoking rooms available Next morning went to breakfast room and staff were insisting that I had to pay for breakfast despite the check in staff making a big deal that it was complimentary. I had to bring the staff up from reception to breakfast room to confirm Mid way during the stay the room key was disabled and had to be re programmed Had some communications with hotel management after staff who promised to give some Rewards points as goodwill gesture. To date these have not been credited. 13 February 2015

I think this employee must be shifted to 5 stars hotel like intercontinental or Crown Plaza. He is a very good man and help the guests in a good way. Thank you for the room services, they make my room clean all the day. 09 February 2015
