Everything is OK,
friendly personal, very clean room and bath, very good cold/hot breakfast buffet.
For the night from Thursday to Friday we recommend ear-plugs.

I selected this hotel just because that the course I came for is at this hotel. otherwise I would check out from the first 5 minutes.
On the day of arrival, we were 4 (2 to check-in) and (2 cousins were about to move the same hotel). we were at the reception completing the process. when we got the room key, my brother and one of my cousin went to the room. immediately without any notice the receptionist start yelling at me and asking questions in very rude way. and then he picked-up the phone and called security !!!
My brother came down with my cousin and everybody at the lobby were looking at us thinking we were bringing some "girls from the street".
Actually my brother came down not because of the security call. He came down to inform the receptionist that the door looks scary and it shows no security at all at this hotel !!!!
We told the receptionist that this girl is our cousin and she want's just to look at the room so she could decide to check-out from her hotel and join us in the hotel.
He said (she have to pay 150 AED) !!! at that moment and because of the way he start talking to us in very disrespectful way. we paid.
Once we got to the (un-safe look room) see photo attached, we found some tissues in the garbage which indicates someone before us got to to the room.
next day, In the afternoon, we called houskeeping to clean our room and we went out. When we got back from outside at midnight we found that the room still not cleaned!
We called the duty manager and he offered the room to be cleaned (but that was at midnight) which we can't go out to any place and no other room were served to us. he promised that the next day the duty manager will be notified.
Next day, in the morning, nothing happened. we wait till afternoon and no one yet, came to clean the room.
We went down to meet with the duty manager, and simply he answered (i didn't open my email yet!!!!).
in addition to the expeirnce, here we highlight the pros, and cons.
The room smells so bad.
The parking is look like a store for old items ! boxes are everywhere
No proper handing over between 2 shifts
receptionist (in the night shift) are not trained for proper communication.
beside all of that, during the check-in no one recognized me as IHG member.
last but not least, i didn't feel safe at all at this hotel.

Actually i didn't like the breakfast.. it was most indian and i didn't not find enough variety for me as i'm not interested in indian food.
Also, i noticed that the Croissant was not fresh as i'm used to find in other holiday inn express branches
