Got stuck because of a winter storm- stayed here using corporate rate- they charged my personal card 3x. It happens- I called to dispute and was argued with by front desk. Told their billing department works OVERNIGHT, so I had to leave a message. Gave it 3 days- ONE of the three was credited back. Called again- same treatment (new person), same runaround.
I have filed a chargeback on my credit card and a complaint with IHG.
As for the room and property, mediocre at best. I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels and this is in my bottom 5, not just for treatment, but property and staff.

The bed(mattress) was very comfortable. The Bathroom was a little small. When you used the toilet the door was very close to the comode and was very uncomfortable.

I was greatly disappointed in the room quality of this hotel. The service was phenomenal and my wife was singing their praises. We used this hotel as a park and fly. While we were gone, a snow and ice storm came through. I returned home separately and when my pregnant wife and toddler came back, the hotel staff cleared her car and provided her with a free meal.
Unfortunately, despite the wonderful lobby and great swimming pool, the rooms have not been maintained. The only thing modern in the room was the television. There were holes in the walls, the beds were sunken in and uncomfortable. The bathroom felt grungy from lack of general upkeep and the towels felt like they'd been washed 1000+ times and were rough and worn. The wash cloth even had holes in it. To plug in my phone, I had to unplug the clock to free up an outlet next to the bed.
Despite the excellent customer service, I will probably not return simply because the room wasn't worth the price.

I booked this room over the phone after a flight delay. I made sure to ask the agent if there was a shuttle bus and where to pick it up. I confirmed the location and waited at the stop for more than an hour. The other Holiday Inn shuttle buses were there, so I know I was in the right place.
I called the hotel reception more than a dozen times while waiting and no one picked up. I called the IHG customer service line and they weren't able to connect with the hotel.
After waiting out in the freezing rain, I booked a cab to the hotel. The clerk shrugged when I told him that there was no bus and also said he wasn't on duty when I called.
