They left things where I placed them and made it feel like home. - The wifi access and speed left something to be desired. Got dropped often and could not sustain a connection long enough send and retrive work email at night. - The billing system had issues at check out and I wound up being double billed. Had I not been an honest person and pointed out that my bill was missing a night, the issue might not have occurred. However, if the desk staff could have taken the time to try and understand the problem at the time, I would not still be trying to resolve the double billing now!!! 24 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff I recently stayed at the Elk Grove Holiday Inn on business. It was a comfortable visit, but I especially want to recognize Brian and the staff for their courtesy and helpfullness. My coworker came down with the flu and we spent nearly six hours at the emergency room. The staff was great in working with us to extend our visit and provide the additional attention to make sure our needs were met. 23 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and great service I've said it all earlier I enjoyed everything the guest services was great the rooms were well equipped and clean. parking was free that is a big thing for me, however I do wish the kitchen had a veggie menu. The van driver was a bit negative not what I expected not to me or customers in van but about people in general I guess he was just tired he had pulled a double he did have a sense of humor my overall experience was great I thought my wait at the airport was a bit too long 18 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good Staff- bad rooms The rooms are old, beds are lumpy and they had to move me three times before i got a room with working appliances. There is no hot tub and the carpets look dirty and worn. However the staff was very pleasant. 16 March 2015
