Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK, Nothing Special Stayed one night. Room needed updating. More staff required in general. Pool area very much in need of a revamp. Breakfast was not fully on offer with regards what to expect (no fried eggs for example). Served it's purpose for a drunken sleep after a wedding. February 9, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Welcome Rooms perfectly adequate. A little dissapointed in the size of the mixed grill for dinner but maybe that's me being greedy as breakfast was very goo. The really stand-out aspect was the staff, especially those in the gym. I was made to feel very welcome even though I was only staying one night. January 24, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good rooms and facilities, let down by some staff Good location in Farnborough for the town, airport and conference venue, plenty of free parking. We booked a family room that we asked to be in a quiet location. It was warm, comfortable and quiet as requested. The pool area was excellent and we were able to make good use of this during the visit. The shine was taken off our visit by being asked 3 times by housekeeping if they could clean the room on the morning of our departure before we left at 11am. This created a sense of being chased out of the hotel which was completely out of line with the rest of our experience. January 15, 2016
