Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I would have never have chosen this hotel The holiday express in Philadelphia gave my confirmed reservation away. Due to valentine and bad weather conditions, the only alternative was this hotel, approx 45 away. The hotel is clean but old and that shows. Both breakfasts I consumed were poor. Cold potatoes, warm tea instead of hot tea, small glass of orange juice without auto refill. The bar is ok and the hamburger average. The bar keeper very nice. Overall the people are friendly. The railway station is very close. It was a pity however that due to the weather conditions the SEPTA trains didn't run as expected. 20 February 2015

It wasn't the best of the newest, but it definitely wasn't old and crusty. I found my stay to be extremely comfortable and the television was a flat screen and everything. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute stay Hotel was clean. Rooms a little old. Refigerator/freezer did not work leaving us to throw away groceries we bought since it was a last minute/emergency stay. Staff very courteous. Breakfast very overpriced, but staff at restaurant extremely nice and timely. 18 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was awesome! My daughter and I booked a room here since her husband had surgery that day at Fox Chase Cancer Center and we live several hours away from the facility. They do such a great job working with people who have family members at Fox Chase...I can't say enough of how easy they made everything...it wasn't just us, it was every person who was checking in that they treated so well! The staff was great from the first telephone call to book the room to the final checkout. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! The entire facility was very clean and tidy. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the restaurant was definitely not at all on the same "quality level" as the rest of the hotel. Don't get me wrong, it served the purpose and we didn't want nor were we expecting a 5 star meal. After a long day of travel 06 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just okay Good: nice staff - great rate - for dinner I ate in the bar/lounge and had good sandwich - comfortable bed - quiet. Bad: hotel feels old - looks old - peelng wallpaper - many coats of paint - slow Internet. Based on the rate, I would stay here again but not my first choice. 02 February 2015

The staff was very professional and always greeted me with a "Hello" or "Have a nice day". The Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely use this hotel in the future and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area. 02 February 2015
