Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location Great Service The hotel is in an excellant location. and easy to find.We received a warm welcome , check in was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. the public areas are clean and modern , well set out and although the hotel was busy we had sufficient space to converse without infringing on others privacy. The barstaff were very polite . as was the staff seving breakfast, the prices are fair. The breakfast is good quality and value for money. I will definately stay here when next in the area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the upgrade I stay at High Wycombe regularly and always find the staff welcoming and accommodating. I had an upgrade on my last visit, which was really great, however I did have an issue with the water spilling onto the floor in the bathroom whilst having a shower. I made sure the curtain was inside the bath but the water runs down the shower flex hose and runs off behind the taps, which I could not prevent so ended up with the floor flooded. Other than that - my stay was brilliant as usual. January 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great find I stayed at the Holiday Inn in High Wycombe as a half way point for my cousin and I to spend some time togehter without rushing around and so happy we found this paticular Holiday Inn. Every staff member is friendly and professional, the room was lovely, the food was good and the whole experience was way above what I was expecting. Excellent value for money too. January 20, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff, slightly run down looking hotel Stay in this hotel fairly often on business. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are always attentive and helpful. The food in restaurant was very disappointing, tasted and looked like frozen and re heated. A more modern look and refurb would do wonders for this hotel as it in in an excellent location. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Only 30 people in the Hotel Upon arrival at the Hotel, due to the lighting either being broken or covered by the trees, it was difficult, at night, to find the way into the car park. The Hotel was welcoming albeit very quiet as they only had 30 people staying that night (according to the receptionist). The room was wonderful, we appear to have been upgraded. At breakfast we were quickly informed that the chef would cook our breakfast to order. Excellent we thought but we had just woken up and did not wish to make that decision until we were ready. The cold buffet was excellent as usual. What we were impressed with was how the staff dealt with a customer complaining about the lack of gluten free bread. After apologising profusely she stayed at the table and chatted away as if she were a friend, re-establishing that client relationship. One last question: why are there green apples galore in reception: could customers take them or were they for decorative purposes only? January 3, 2016
