Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nasty Dirty I stay in hotels 3 nights a week on average. I understand that this is a kids waterpark hotel. But....Run a vacuum once in a while. Wipe off the phone. Make sure there's a shower curtain, coffee pot, hair dryer, dirty clothes bag in the room. There was stuff all over the floor. This was the second dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. We had 14 people staying there and they were all very disappointed. The staff was very apologetic but I got the feeling that they had to do that a lot. 27 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by In need of total renovation. No heat the first night. Funky smell-real bad. Desk lamp did not work. Second day, noticed garbage on bathroom floor. No blow dryer. Still funky smell even though I asked that it be cleaned. Third day, garbage from first day is still on floor; still smells funky & the only "cleaning" they did was take the dirty towels. Bed was not made, nor was sink cleaned. Went to check out & "system" was down. Was not charged for any nights. And rightly so. Worst experience I have ever had in a Holiday Inn. 23 February 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just overall not clean The room was nasty. Even though I did not bring a pet I was put on the pet floor where dogs were everywhere. The room was discusting! Waterpark was ok. The kids really enjoyed it but not too clean either. Overall gross place to stay! 23 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing bed and worn out sheet set. Sheets were dingy and worn. Comforter had Cheetos or like product on it no remote in room I went to the front desk the next morning before 10 am to ask to have the linens replaced. I also asked for a remote control. There was not one in the room. We returned to our room at 4 pm and service not had been done A staff member came by to check to see if we needed towels When I showed her the Cheetos on the comforter and the dingy linens she stripped the bed. I went to the front desk and told the guest service employee that the request had not been corrected. We set in the lounge for 30 minutes before returning to our room. The sheets etc had been replaced and we now had a remote. The replacement sheets were clean but still worn and dingy. Much poorer linen quality than the crisp bright sheets I am accustomed to at an IHG property. 22 February 2015
