Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff shame about the meal Stopped here several times this year due to work and location. The staff have always been excellent, friendly and helpful, every time I have stopped I feel looked after. The down side has unfortunately been the evening meal (yet again) and sadly spoils the convenience of stopping in the hotel to eat. I have to feel sorry for the waiting staff having to keep a happy face while they get let down by service from the kitchen. June 19, 2015

I thought that I would have some disappointment when a couple of issues occurred, with in-correct order's and items missing which were expected to be in the room. I spoke to the duty manager about the issue in the bar. Not a problem Sir, it was our mistake please be seated and I will bring the correct order over. On arrival there was a further apology and complementary nuts. I later spoke to reception about items missing from my room and again despite being very busy due to a sudden influx of arrivals, I was met with this wonderful calm and professional service. Why can't all hotel's have this attitude to service. I had one of the best birthday experiences of my (long) life. I look forward to returning to The Holiday Inn, Leamington Spa. June 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Late arrival - warm welcome. I arrived after 11pm after a long day's work and needed nothing more than a snack and a beer before bedtime. I was recognised at once by Alan, the night porter and received the usual Leamington Spa warm welcome. My dietary (ahem!) Needs were also met by the bar steward and I was left to wind down with my pint. Relaxation time over and off to a comfortable bed in a quiet room. In all, just what I needed. Next morning, I enjoyed an unhurried breakfast before catching my train home. Thank you all! June 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable but poor food experience The overall stay was good, the facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. however we felt let down by the evening meal experience. the food was slow in arriving and the order was not complete with missing items which we were later told were not in stock. the staff did try to resolve the situation and offered complimentary wine. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hole in sheet and pillow case The hotel was nice, but the room was a little dated. Worst was the holes in both the sheet and a pillow case. Not good enough for that price bracket of room. The bathroom did not have any hooks, so clothes had to be left on the wet floor. June 11, 2015
