Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by weekend break We stayed here for three nights. Hotel in a great position to get to all the sights and shops. Room was clean comfortable and quiet.The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.. Overall a great stay and we hope to stay there again.in the near future..Jacks 20 October 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location but not up to Holiday Inn standaeds We chose this hotel because of it's location and the reliability of the Holiday Inn brand. The reception staff were excellent and the room was well furnished. However the shower was a huge disappointment i have used more powerful wash hand basin taps. The breakfast room is tired and the quality and range of food on offer is not up to the normal Holiday Inn standard. I would stay at the hotel again and hope to get a room with a better shower. Have breakfast somewhere else. 09 October 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bedroom 471 was not up to standard While some of the staff were ok, others were not. We had a room that I can only describe as 'not up to holiday inn standards'. There was a kitchen extractor shaft about a foot away from our very small window which seemed to be making a loud noise from about 5.30am and there was lots of movement outside of our door at around this time. We came to the conclusion that we had been put in or very near to staff accommodation. We would not recommend room 471 to anyone. We certainly would not stay at this hotel again. We spent as little time as possible in the hotel. Luckily it is quiten central. The room was very tired looking, with some skirting board missing. 29 September 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service from reception staff and reservations Just have to take a few minutes to thank the reception team (particularly helena) and rotunda from the reservations team during our weekend stay. We have stayed at the hotel previously and have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful but on this occasion they provided great assistance and service that meant our weekend stay at holiday inn was a lot less hassle and impacting. We had been unable to secure accomodation at holiday inn welbeck st for both nights and would have had to move to regents park for 2nd night of stay - this would have impacted our saturday in a big way and the complication was we had used some priority club points when booking the stay - anyway we asked the team if they could sort something out so we could stay in the same hotel both nights - they could have easily said we are really busy and sorry but you need to move - however they checked everything out and manged to sort things so we stayed in welbeck st for whole weekend. A big thank you to Rotunda (reservations office), Helena and the team.We had a great weekend 23 September 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable hotel in great location Stayed here on a discount rate and couldn't complain. The room was a fine size for our one night stay and more than comfortable. The bathroom was basic but had everything we needed. Plus the shower was actually very good. The location is the selling point for this hotel, only 5 minutes walk from regents street, geat for shopping. Only criticism is that I'm apparently a Priority Club Member and there is no recognition of this in the standard of my stay, except a "thank you for being a Priority Club Member" on check in. Was supposed to have orange juice and biscuits in the room, but these were nowhere to be seen. Didn't really care too much tho. 07 September 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel but noisy The stay at this hotel was spoilt by noisy guests at 1 am in the night. Children were running up and down and the doors make a loud bang when they are shut. Would stay again and hope that no children were staying at the same time. Just off Oxford street, ideal for shopping in central London. 06 September 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Platinum Experience! The staff made you feel welcome and as a Platinum member I was treated very well. Biscuits, orange juice and water in room. Also a 50% voucher off my first order of drinks at the bar. This level of service as a Platinum member is not always as good as this from some other Holiday Inn hotels so it was great to be treated this way. 14 July 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, Need to Up the Service Our week long stay was fine for my large family of 8 - basic, nothing fancy. However, the location was worth the mediocre service. The room was tight for 4 per room but the air conditioning was great. The staff did their job unfortunately without a smile. Only the staff in the restaurant seemed to take pride in their work. The breakfast buffet was well maintained and hot. My kids really enjoyed the food selection and the atmosphere. 09 July 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unvalued Platinum member I usually stay in the holiday inn oxford circus and enjoy special benefits of water and juice after a hard day at work as I dont drink tea or coffee. This visit I wasn't given anything as a platinum member which disappointed me greatly. I would normall also recieve a half price drink voucher and discount for eating in the restaurant - i had no perks this visit. 27 June 2012
