I am Disabled and I received a room on the 10th floor at the end of the hall. Not very considerate of my need. Other than that the hotel was awesome, location was great and surrounding area was good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall experience The only 5 comments that I will make, that aren't very positive are: 1. The air conditioner was very loud. It kept me waking up every hour or so. 2. The doors to the room slam very loudly. Again, if it occurred during sleep, I would wake up. 3. The bartenders did not seem to know their wines very much. For instance, on three separate occasions, I was poured either a pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc, when I asked for a chardonnay. Perhaps they can be trained about the basics of wine. 4. Two food servers, on separate occasions, did not seem to know the menu - or what they were serving. The nachos had fake cheese and I specifically asked if the cheese was real. 5. When I first got to my room, housekeeping staff was inside looking at the toilet - told me the engineer was just there. The toilet did not flush properly during my stay. May 11, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by LAX, Poor location, unenthusiastic staff This property is near LAX. The transient and homeless population is aggressive and unacceptable. Staff appears unhappy and unenthusiastic(night shift). Nearby major brand hotels are much better options and a safer value May 10, 2015
