Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by little things that added up The staff, room and Bar Louie were all very nice. I just had a whole bunch of little things irritate me. - I like a caffeinated soda in the morning. The machine was out of Dew and Pepsi. I know that happens but then this morning it was out, I went up a floor and they were out - why have machines then? - I requested five glasses delivered to my room for a beer tasting. I was told a manager would contact me. When contacted, I was told the property has no glass, glasses - really? - The table in my room was broken. It was promptly fixed after calling front desk. - Bar Louis was very impressive and the staff was very friendly - when you saw them. The food was just fair for each of the two nights I ate there. Getting a cocktail really took ten minutes on more than one occasion - after ordering it. - This morning I was up early ( looking for a Mountain Dew) and decided to have breakfast. I sat at the bar to watch ESPN and read my kindle. A server came up to ask if they could help me and I asked for a menu. I was told I was not allowed to sit at the bar. That just didn't sit well, so I left. - When walking by the front desk I asked if there were survey forms that I could fill out. I was told no. I guess I was surprised because both elevators have signs asking you to let management know if you aren't having a 10 experience. These are all very little things and I normally don't take the time to complain but, ugh. James 19 March 2015
