Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fantastic service Booked an overnight stay to use the local theatre. All Staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome. The hotel was immaculate and our room was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very cheery and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends. Overall a very pleasant experience 12 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay with excellent front of house and management I can say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences of staying in a hotel for a long time. Both the management and front of house showed a high level of customer service and professionality. The only improvement I would like would be with the waiting staff not quite being to the rest of the staff standard and the food was average. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short break. Thanks for looking after us so well 08 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Improving but could do better This is the second time I have stayed here, first time was a nightmare but gave it a second chance. Main criticism is choice of menu in restaurant and speed of service. Service a little better this time but choice is very limited. If this area was improved then it would be a pretty decent hotel. 29 March 2015
