We stay at this hotel every year for a business Christmas Party , my wife really looks forward to this weekend every year. She loves this hotel , the service and workers are always in a good mood and will do whatever you need, Thanks

I found this hotel to be a comfortable setting for an overnight stay. It is an older hotel but appears to be nicely maintained. I would stay here again when in the area on business.

The rooms were fine, although they did not have the room I reserved. The front desk/phone customer service was pretty terrible all around. The rooms themselves were clean and generally well appointed. The staff at the Bar Louie were really great and the food and drink menu is really solid.

I booked the room on the web site and was told when I booked it that it included complimentary breakfast for all guests. I felt I had a great price and breakfast as well. When I arrived after a through the night drive from Tampa Florida for a family member's Memorial service, I booked in and asked about the breakfast times and was asked if I paid the additional 10.00 on line to have this service. I told him what I was told and he said that was not true, and that the on-line person was not correct in what he said and that I would have to pay for any breakfast in the attached bar and grill. In my second trip on the elevator moving in there was a sign on the outside of the elevator that the hot water would be off from 6PM until 1AM...That was not told to me at the desk, and other family members who had not arrived yet said they might cancel if the hot water was off.
I called to customer relations and spoke to 2 representatives, the second was Kelly and my case number is #97390467. No adjustments were made to my bill nor for the promised breakfasts. Yes I was tired from the drive and in Chicago for personal family issues, but I was not impressed with your response on both of my calls. Kelly took my Address and I thought perhaps there would be some type of voucher sent to my home but a week later.....nothing. This was a bad experience for me and other family members.
