The furniture and room fittings are very very worn and outdated therefore needs upgrading please.

1.- no one at recption for 10-15 minutes.
2.- no regonsation of my platinum ambassador status.
no upgrade inspite of booking room weeks in advance.

These hotel rooms seriously need an overhaul as they are very shabby. In addition i stayed at this hotel twice in one week and both times the room was freezing cold. One room heater did not work at all and the other blew out cold air, Should not have to dress up to go to bed!!!!

My partner and i stayed one night ,on arrival we were seen to very efficiently by a lovely friendly young lady on reception.
The hotel was smart, clean and welcoming
The room was very comfortable
Bed very comfortable
The underfloor heating in bathroom was very nice indeed,towels nice and soft
Would stay again for sure.
