Bad hotel ever !!

The reception stuff was not nice and did not help when we had a problem.

I made the reservations for my family for 2 rooms. I made sure that they shall receive connecting rooms while calling the reservations department and they booked and blocked room 316 and 317.
after long flights with all the family, they discovered that the promised connecting rooms are given someone else and my family was split to two different rooms and areas.
I called to the front desk and they admitted that a problem has been made and there was no way to solve it.
The smallest kid was crying all night since she was departed from her family and all the family was in a bad mood and disappointed and felt bad to spend the vacation like that.
I can not understand how could this problem happened after assuring the requests directly from you, this kind of incident does not reflect the IHG reward club spirit.
The people in front desk did not help!!!
When I call them they were so no nice!!
When I write an email - they did not replayed until now !!!!

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé,
Excellente réception , amabilité et professionnalisme au rendez-vous,
Chambre prête à notre arrivée,
Les petits déjeuners de qualité avec un grand choix,
Le ménage des chambres est soigné,
Nous concluons que cet hôtel est bien managé!

Cerca de todo, el metro St. Placide está muy cerca. Una región muy bella de París con menos problemas para los turistas. Buena comunicación. La inclusión del desayuno en el precio me pareció correcta.

De nombreuses choses m'ont déplu, la liste ci-dessous :
1 - Je me suis retrouvé dans ma chambre avec deux lits simple alors que dans la réservation, il avait été stipulé un lit double.
2 - Je n'ai pas pu disposer d'un fer à repasser malgré mes demandes quotidiennes
3 - On m'a facturé 7 petits déjeuners alors que j'en ai pris que deux
4 - Un des deux ascenseurs est tombé en dysfonctionnement dès le mercredi et le dimanche, ce dernier était toujours en panne
5 - Il m'a été demandé au bout de 5 jours d'aller régler une partie de ma note car mon en-crous était trop élevé, ce qui aurait pu m'être indiqué à la réservation

Problèmes de travaux effectués au matin dans la chambre adjacente à la mienne. Aucun respect du sommeil et de latranquilité des occupants de la chambre adjacente. Personnel de réception n'a aucune empathie et ne cherche pas à résoudre le problème. La réponse donnée est inacceptable "Hotel est complet, on ne peut pas vous changer de chambre. On va essayer de leur demander de faire moins de bruit demain et les autres jours suivants!". Un manque de respect envers vos clients!

Extremely friendly staff and very clean room. The hotel is near many of the tours attractions. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very well located in St. Germain neigbourhood and close to all actions, restaurants, shops etc.
