Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staffs, good location I enjoyed my 6-days business trip there. The staffs are nice, esp. the operator (who got my wake up call requests after midnight for many nights, sorry for that) and the meeting room attendants. Just wonder why no shower cap included in amenties. The smell of lobby, possible the air freshener or floor cleaner you use was too strong for my nose. 21 April 2015

On two separate stay I left my watch in my room when I checked out and a certain Glen called the front desk about the watch and proceeded at the front desk and handed me my watch. The second incident was when I left my diary and it was the supervisor rito who went to the front desk and gave me my diary. Such deeds is worthy of commendation. 19 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff service We stayed twice this time at HI Galeria in our recent visit to the Philippines. We use to stay at the HI Makati but tried the Galeria branch this time. Although my wife and I are first timer on this branch, we were treated like we have been at this place for a long time. Bellhop service was excellent, a special thanks to Marvis (front desk) who made our check in so efficient., he is most professional. We only wish front desk attendants are like him, having tried HI/Indigo/Intercon/Crowne Plaza around the world where we traveled. Some, suggestions: shower curtains can use some more cleaning/change, over used towels need replacements. More power to HI Galeria. Thanks. 17 April 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by unfortunately, an unforgettable experience upgrade with corresponding higher rate was pathetic. i was moved and transferred three times during my stay due to the following reasons: - airconditioning on the 1st room at the 23rd floor doesn;t work well. room was too hot. - ac still not working well, very slow water shower, toilet flash is too slow on the 2nd room at the same floor. had a terrible sweat during sleep. - toilet flash went busted and a machine noise goes on and off at room 902 for our last transfer. it was a very unlucky stay for us considering i was booked for 10 days. 17 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and comfortable Overall the stay is comfortable. Clean room and bed I like most. Front reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety is good. TV channel is limited. Internet access intermittent slow which not good for VOiP meeting. No power point near to windows coffee table. Better have extra battery for your laptop if you want to seat here to surf net. 15 April 2015
