Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was remodeling when I stayed in Holiday Inn. Overall, it is located at great location and with great service. May 1, 2015

We enjoyed breakfast at the on-site cafe/restaurant and the fitness center was equipped with a lot of really great free-weights and machines (being a personal trainer I was pleased to see that the entire room wasn't just treadmills!) Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by spacious room, and very comfortable We were greeted with a warm hello as we entered the lobby. the customer service representative at the desk was professional and cordial. she went out of her way to help us secure the room that would accomidate our desires. calling the maid service for each floor to see which room was immediately available and clearly explaining where is was located on the property as well as how close to the ammenities each room would be. She helped us at that very moment to schedule our check out time to suit our departure needs. This property is Clean, newly rennovated and centrally located to the harbor, airport and the downtown gas lamp district. April 28, 2015

If certain repairs are scheduled, consider stating on the website so the customer knows exactly what is available during their stay. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not customer friendly...we just make things difficult New renovated rooms, but as a Platinum member I got an old room. Co-worker needed an extension for late checkout, but staff gave him a hard time, and manager tried to guilt him into changing his mind. I needed to return my rental car a night early, but hotel shuttle would not pick me up at rental location that was five minutes from hotel. I had to take rental shuttle to the airport, then the hotel shuttle picked me up. The entire process took over an hour. April 26, 2015
