Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Problems Upon arrival, I went to our room and discovered that the refridgerator was not functioning. After calling the desk, they replaced the unit in the room. During the last day of our stay, the fire alarm sounded and everyone vacated the hotel. I was informed that this also occurred when we were away from the property on several occasions during that week. Obviously, proper repairs were not made. On checking out, I informed the desk personnel that we would be dividing the hotel bill into equal halves. Two credit cards were given. However, when my credit card statement came, I received the total charge of the room. Also, the hotel charges a fee for breakfast. Some staff people stated that we could eat for free at another property in close proximity. Some staff was uncertain if this was allowed and they obviously needed some education in policy. It seems to me that an imersion in Holiday Inn policy is needed at this hotel because staff functions in divergent directions. August 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Though Under New Management Still A Winner My husband and I really enjoy this particular Holiday Inn. It is in a great location, easy access to food and shopping. The main reason we choose to patron this hotel is the excellent customer service. The rooms are always clean and bed is comfortable. Our room is spacious and a great place to relax and just enjoy each other. Although under new management we still find this hotel to be a winner in every respect! August 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Guests checking in after midnight are not valued. A sign on the front door says use another door, but every door requires a key card. If you haven't checked in, you don't have a key card. Cleaning staff will just walk in your room at 9am instead of waiting until check out time. July 22, 2015
