Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small rooms and other trouble but at least the food was good Pros: Room was clean. Bathroom was small but modern and adequate. Staff was helpful and responsive when we had a problem. Kids eat free, and the hot breakfast buffet was tasty and varied. Dinner at the restaurant was also tasty, and the servers at the restaurant were outstanding with my children. Cons: No entrance way per se, in other words not easy way to unload kids and bags. Instead, we had to park underground, carry the kids and all the bags to the elevators, since no luggage carts in the parking lot (the reception staff DID offer to send someone down with a cart to help us once we came up from parking lot to let them know - we instead opted to skip all the extra trips). Rooms were surprisingly small and really inappropriate for a family of 4. We had to strategically place our suitcases in nooks and crannies just to be able to move around. We had trouble with the TV and wifi. Quite a lot of noise at night, and young people partying, which typically doesn't bother me, but when coupled with the 2am fire alarm that rang in our room for about 15 minutes before being cleared, we hardly slept. Overall, I will not be returning to this property, but it's likely good value for 20-somethings looking for a place to crash while they party. November 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Scratchy sheets and restless nights The location and price were very good. The room was small, but this was unimportant for us. Beds were average (my wife found the sheets a bit scratchy). However, the staff was very condescending. A particular example of this occurred on the second night we stayed. A fire alarm was triggered at 2 AM. However, the voice over the alarm told us to "stand by for further instructions" for over 10 minutes before we decided we should probably evacuate the room (with fire sirens blaring in the distance). After waiting in the lobby for some 20 minutes, there was no indication what had happened or if we were okay, but eventually everyone returned to their rooms, so we assumed false alarm. Upon checkout, I asked the attendant why the alarm was triggered, and she very condescendingly told me that it was from a hot shower, acting as if I was stupid for not completely comprehending. I am certain that such a situation, however accidental, could have been handled much more tactfully. November 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by room was too hot theromstat was at 82 degrees I was so hot in the room thermostat was at 82 degree and would not turn off. The bed was lumpy and hard. Very uncomfortable. I did not sleep a wink. What hotel does not allow for a guest to set their own temperature. And, the cost to heat a hotel and 80 degrees is crazy. I then had to use your business centre and it was 90 degrees in there. It was so hot I could not do my work and I had to leave. The other thing that was so gross was the rat poison trap next to the door to get into your hotel from the parking garage. That was so creepy I kept thinking a rat was going to come out. Really! Try to hide your rat traps and not place then next to the entrance to your hotel!!! I am not sure I would ever stay in your hotel again. Not a happy guest at all. November 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A1 all the way but . . . ... when the room card key is not on your side there is nothing you can do. I had issue to access floor with my card key and had to return to front desk 3 times to have the situation fixed. Not a big deal but time consuming especially I had to ask that they programed a new card key to fix the problem and being told that it had nothing to do with it and at the end the use a different card and voilà no more problem.
