Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Good place but can improve on service I liked the hotel from a breakfast, house keeping service and front desk staff perceptive. Morning breakfast offers better options compared to other holiday inn hotels in London but these options can be improved if the guest is staying for a longer term or a frequent visitor. Like there could be some customization offered. I found some great front desk staff like Lababa who were happy to help and resolve issues during your stay. One thing i wanted to bring to your notice which was not so satisfactory was the delayed response from Mr. Grant, GM of Holiday Inn at Wembley. I wrote to him to offer me some special prices for a long term stay until Mar end. He never replied to my email on how it can be worked out. This is inspite of meeting and reminding about the same. I believe there is no importance given to frequent as well as long term guest needs in this hotel. Due to this reason i have moved on to another hotel near by. February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything we needed My Hubby and I stayed on the 4th of Feb as we were going to a Gig at Wembley arena, The hotel was lovely. modern clean fresh and our room as the same. The bed was the best I have slept in for years. Food was all lovely and I would defiantly recommend the pizza's on room service. We would stay here again without a doubt. February 10, 2016
