Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 The Garden Court experience This is an excellent place to stay for peace and quiet plus to enjoy the feel of the active racecourse surroundings. When racing is not taking place you can see horses being trained, get the feel of the course when walking around plus have green countryside around. Quite a unique Holiday Inn experience. Booking in was very easy and quick and access to rooms good Hotel room spacious with great TV. We didn't have air conditioning in our room and it was rather warm on a night. Head person in Dining hall was brilliant really helpful and considerate. She was great. Overall a good stay and will stay again next year if event still in the same place. July 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by wolverhampton let down too noisy and staff were not interested. The hotel was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable but I was still unable to sleep. not the usual standard I have come to expect from the holiday inn [perhaps it was an off day?) July 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by too noisy the room was clean and comfortable as you would expect from a holiday inn but the staff were not particularly helpful. there was a lot of movement and shouting along the corridors late at night and early morning although this isn't the hotels fault it did detract from the experience of the stay the bar was very expensive July 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, poor property The staff are fantastic, polite, friendly, couldn't be better. The property is tired, needs investing in and bringing up to the standard of its staff. We stayed on a hot sticky night, lots of noise from young guests running around well past midnight, and no aircon - just a fan that had seen better days. The sofa bed was in poor shape, and the kids struggled to sleep on it. The shower was good, always important, and the location was great for us. I would stay here again, the staff were some of the best I have come across, however I wouldn't book a family room and expect the kids to sleep on the sofa bed as it was really past it. Invest in your property HI, your staff deserve it. July 8, 2015
