Necesitan limpiar el cuarto a diario en los 4 días que estuve ningún día pasaron a limpiar teacher la cama y la basura no pusieron toallas nuevas ni jabón ni papel de baño nunca fueron al cuarto a dar servicio de limpieza

No frills Holiday Inn. However, the staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. I was treated very well by everyone. The restaurant is lacking, but there are plenty of places to eat in N Aurora.

Everything was great but I didn't have the best shower for it was for the handicap use! Other than that I would come back! Hopefully at a cheaper rate though

Everything was good but the service at the bar could have been better. Bar tender would disappear and be gone for what felt like 20 minutes at a time. Then shut down the kitchen 2hrs before it was actually supposed to close due to being quote on quote “too busy”. Which makes no sense. Watched bartender turn down multiple customers food orders at 730pm.

The hotel is pretty new. Everything was clean, the staff was professional and friendly. My room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast we had was very good and our meeting room was very nice. I would definitely go back.

I stay at a lot of holiday inns, the food Jackie prepared at this one was miles above the rest. The coleslaw alone made my whole experience deliciously delightful. Top notch service. 10/10 would slaw again.

I didn’t know that I would need to stay a couple days and this hotel was a last minute find. Staff very very friendly, room pretty basic but maintained well. I couldn’t get the internet to work and the heat was set way to high for my personal taste(which I don’t take points away for but it took forever to cool down once I set it) and where I thought breakfast was included it is actually extra and set up like a restaurant. Again for a last minute decision the hotel was exactly what I needed and it was clean, actually very nice on the inside and staff was welcoming and friendly I probably would stay here again
