Turned away at 1am after booking with loyalty points

I booked my room with points... when I arrived at the hotel the person on duty said he didn’t know if the hotel would get paid by loyalty points and would not let me check in! I had to go to my car and it was not the safest neighborhood ...I then had to sleep in my car...it was a horrible experience.

I would rate the motel services as one of the greatest experiances that anyone has ever had. The staff and the organizations as a whole are positive and beneficial to all the communities overall. You will always be a pillar in each town that you are in business. Peace!!!

Good and bad

I like this hotel but a few time I rented the suite and only got a big we room I need my space at times I like to have my own room. No bathtub. But very Duffy beds and a huge room good price as well

Front desk was MIA when he finally got there very fast and efficient room was clean and comfortable only issue was when I went to take a shower I had no warm water I waited for it to warm up and nothing I called no answer I was very mad I couldn’t shower

Covid is lousy

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
There was no coffee in the lobby. The coffee maker in the room was defective. There was no staff to exchange it for another.
We couldn't use the pool. There was no continental breakfast.
The excuse that this was virus related was weak.
Two days later, the H I Express Airport offered a cold items only breakfast. Had an operational pool. And offered coffee i in the lobby

When I tried to sleep get comfortable I kept getting bit by fleas. I checked in at 9pm I left at 3am due to loss of sleep and fleas.

Be careful in room

Our room had cockroaches every where and when we told the staff they did nothing. I had to call over 9 times in a row for the guy to answer the phone while my girlfriend stood there recording the guy ignoring the phone while playing on his cell phone.

dog friendly !

I was traveling for business reasons with my emotional support dog and I sincerely appreciated the place being dog friendly.
This is my major concern when I stay at any hotels and Holiday Inn was an excellent experience.
I happened to meet a woman I though was a guest, but I realized she might have been a manager. Wish I had the chance to personally thank her for complimenting on my little boy Oliver.
The hotel is super clean and considering the Covid situation, I understood all the efforts they made to provide the best service keeping safety as priority.
I was hoping to have breakfast at the hotel but totally understandable that it was not possible due to Covid and related restrictions.
Holiday Inn really takes it seriously.
