De passage sur Paris pour un déplacement d'affaires, j'ai séjourné à cet hotel très bien situé avec des extérieurs agréables (Cour et roof-top).

Le personnel est sympa et efficace.

Nice location and service

The location is perfect, it's a one minute walk from St Michel square and minutes from Ile de La Cite and Notre-dame de Paris and The Seine River and many other landmarks, there is a train/subway station in the square. The neighborhood is nice and calm. The staff was nice and friendly and very responsive to our request to change our booking. Quentin on the reception is a very nice guy.

Entre tantas opciones que vi, esta me pareció la mas indicada y no solo eso, sino que fue la mejor elección, la atención, amabilidad, limpieza, confort, facilidad de acceso, céntrico, al rededor hay muchos cafés y bares, souvenirs...en fin hermosoooooooo, las habitaciones un espectáculo, las vistas, la comida...Dios quede enamorada de París y de este hotel.
Lo repetiría y recomendaría 1000 veces.

Medidas de Covic

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Necesita una modernización de sus instalaciones.
Las medidas tomadas por el Covic graban al usuario, no limpian la habitación como prevención pero no facilitan productos de limpieza sobre todo para el WC. Compramos en un super un limpiador. Me parece una falta de coherencia con las medidas por el Covic.

Très bonne emplacement avec un personnel agréable cependant la chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Mauvaises odeur du a la moquette et évacuation de la douche compliqué...

Great location and loved the rooftop access. The last day I was told the water had to be shut off at 9 am. So I woke up in time to shower and didn’t have any hot water. Since it was my last day, it didn’t bother me too much.

Localisation de l’hôtel idéale dans ce quartier vivant.

Why bathroom windows?

The hotel is well located.
I still don't understand why there is a window in the bathroom to the room itself... this makes the bathroom have no privacy, for example if you share the room with a friend or family member.
Moreover, there is a curtain in that bathroom window, however it is opened from outside the bathroom... makes no sense!!
A hair was found in the bathtub too (upon arrival, when the room should be clean).

Don’t go unless you have no choice

While you might be tempted by the slightly lower prices (20-30 euro less than usually) and empty city, avoid that hotel, unless you have no other choice. There are many disadvantages for staying during the pandemic which affect you as visitor and you might expect that the hotel would strive to reward loyal customers by sharing or trying to reduce the inconveniences. However, beside the promised 500 points (which might buy one small beer at the bar) for the lack of housekeeping, you don’t even get an additional set of towels or toiletries to use during 4-5 days stay. The hotel management might have decided that an upgrade to one of the 25 empty rooms with balconies could have compensated a bit the inconveniences, or even one of the empty 20 rooms with views of the Eiffel tower, but no, lets keep them empty. Any solution for collecting the trash, provide clean towels and bedsheets would be welcome, as during longer stays, no matter how much you try, you cannot keep you room and bathroom cleans without any cleaning supplies, so you have to accept that during the stay the conditions can only deteriorate.
The offer to get spare things from the reception desk is kind of defeated if a sudden need arises in the middle of the night when there is only a guard downstairs.
