Another great stay

This is probably the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this hotel. Each visit is better than the last. The front desk person was fantastic and treated us to a surprise anniversary dessert and champagne.
The dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Hard to believe it was this good at a hotel. The pasta was fantastic. Excellent service by Tomas.
The bar is nice, too.
A very convenient hotel. We try to always stay here when in Charlotte.

We were only in town overnight for a company Christmas Party, but were really impressed with our room and everything this location had to offer.

Great Stay, Great experience. Love staying at the Holiday Inn in downtown Charlotte. The staff is always friendly and the service is always top notch.

Great stay with a clean room and even better amenities. Great breakfast buffet but a bit pricey in restaurant on location and sandwiches and pizza across the street. Lovely staff who handles issues professionally and adequately.

We stayed at the Charlotte, NC Holiday Inn for our 2 year anniversary. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel was clean and tidy.
The only drawback with the hotel was that our room smelled a little "off" but we used a body spray from our luggage and it was resolved.
Parking was a steep charge in addition to the cost of the room.
Will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn in the future.

Parking around the block sucked, front desk was not very friendly or asked for my hotel acct no. for my points, points not added, shuttle service was fine, will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My daughter and I have been attending the Southern Christmas Show for years and have enjoyed staying here. It’s convenient and we’ve always been treated well.
