I am a rewards spire member, that frequently stay at ihg hotels for business. Both the manager and staff made me feel very Unwelcomed due to being rude and unprofessional. I did not feel like my business was appreciated, therfore I will never stay at this location again.

The staff were great - even with the mixup where they somehow didn't register one of the rooms properly so in the morning while we were out for a few minutes, another guest was assigned to the room. We arrived back just when the management was checking on it. They apologized and there was no problem for us.
It is COVID season, so the breakfast-in-a-bag was a nice thought, but wasn't really edible.
Nice size Rooms.

This hotel needs a total makeover. It is a depressing environment. I had cockroaches in my room.

Staff was very professional. Found few stink bugs in my room and when I brought it to staff attention they told me that was the issue everyone is experiencing in St. Louis. Smoke alarm on the wall battery was low so it started beeping my first night and it was hard to sleep. I brought it to staff attention next morning and they handled it very well.
Comfortable bed as always.

Comfortable bed as always the pool closed at 9pm instead of 11pm as the rules on the wall stated.

We repeatedly had to have our electronic keys reset because not once did they work. We were in and out quite a bit and each time we returned we had to get key reset (and NO, key was not near phone or any other cards as I was asked each time I went to front desk).The elevator did not work most of the time we were there and even though the staff knew about it there was not a single sign put up on floor 2 informing that it was out of order. Website still indicates breakfast included, because of COVID there was no breakfast other than a bottle of water and a cheap breakfast bar.We were there for 2 nights and noticed glass all over 3 or 4 parking spaces yet nothing was done to clean it up. We witnessed staff frequently smoking at front entrance where glass was visible (no one could park there) yet staff did nothing to clean up. Overall, extremely disappointed in our stay.

I had other people stay at the Holiday Inn Express close by and they got better breakfast treatment than Holiday Inn. Something should be done to at least equal their breakfast!! Hotel also in need of updates!!

We stayed here the night after our wedding it was the best stay in a hotel I have ever had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing it was like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows where extra big and super comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again
