Using Covid19 as an excuse for poor service

Some Hotels are trying to make the best out of the bad situation that is Covid19 some are using it as an excuse for poor service. This hotel falls into the later group.
Firstly I booked an executive room, on arrival I found I had been downgraded to a standard family room but I was still charged the same price as the prices had increased since the booking.
When I complained the hotel did fit a fridge in this room so I could store food which was necessary as there is very little restaurant food available.
The room is only cleaned every 4 days, which I agreed to under the circumstances - however only 1 days supplies (coffee sugar soap etc) are left in the room. I had to ask for new toilet rolls and coffee a few times in the 12 day stay.
The room is fairly clean but tired and there are stains on the settee and carpet.
The room was cold and struggles to get warm - during the weekend the water was barely warm enough to shower in. There was also a fan in the room so I guess the aircon doesn't work either.
The hotel is difficult to find the entrance is hidden in the corner of a car showroom - even the local Uber eats struggled to find the entrance.

Sur deux chambres louées, la climatisation de l'une n'était plus contrôlable . Quand à la deuxième, le wc séparé dégageait une forte odeur d'urine ce qui rendait l'hygiène et la propreté plutôt douteuse.

I have visited the hotel with my partner during our relocation from UK to France.
Even though the time is difficult due to the current pandemic, we felt welcomed and safe.
The room was clean and there were clear signage all around the structure.

Moquette sale, j'ai pas osé poser un pied nu au sol crotte de chien face à la porte de la chambre tout le long du séjour, Aucun n'ettoyage malgré mon signalement.

Hotel is very confortable, very good price in covid period, with nice staff. Food is good. Hotel is 15min walking to metro and train station

Les Chambre confortable, amabilité du personnel, parking....le - des fauteuils en fin de vie à la réception et au bar, une grosse tache sur le cache sommier, nous avions pris une triple mais pas d'oreiller supplémentaire pour la 3ème personne, ni de tasse...pas tellement 4 étoiles tout ça

Personnel adorable en cette période difficilchambre supérieure avec une grande alcôve et une table et 4 chaises
Meme si la clim est un peu en difficulté lz chanvre est agréable
Dommage que les fauteuils du bar soient très fatigués
Ce soir de réouverture le restaurant était fermé et la personne a l accueil nous a indiqué un super resto a 5 mn de l hotel
