关于押金问题

不知为何，我在国内住了很多家IHG各样的品牌都在入住的时候不收押金，但是贵酒店几乎很重视收取押金的措施！
对于我经常出差的人来说，每次刷我马来西亚的信用卡，押金取消返还时间很长，往往会影响我下一站行程！作为白金卡会员，我在中国住的每一家洲际酒店都没试过收住房押金。。望贵酒店是否能考虑这个问题。。

设施齐全，服务不错，位置很好，整个入住体验相当不错。下次再来还会入住这个酒店。

部屋は広くて快適。新しい施設ではあるが、掃除もしっかりしてあり清潔で過ごしやすかった。日中、エクスカーションする予定だったが、部屋が快適だったので取りやめて部屋でのんびりしたしまった。

it is confusing and if you have large luggage avoid this hotel as the taxi will drop on the road as there is no vehicle entrance to the hotel, you need to drag you bags from the road to the building and then go to 5 floor for checkin... there is only one lift to go the lobby so it very time consuming.

Politeness and good service by staff with a greeting smile naturally. Room are clean and room cleaner are friendly too. Surrounding of this hotel is walking distance for shopping area, foods. Good location.

房間和床舖都很舒適，但是價錢太高，價性比稍不夠，早餐售價太貴，該地點要叫出租車很難，只好到路旁自己攔車

酒店大堂很小又在五樓！
大樓一樓沒有明顯標示, 地下停車場標示方向卻是有圍欄而無法通行！
房間寬敞舒適是重點！
