One Bad Seed Can Spoil the Apple

Check in was quick and easy. The woman checking us in was very informative and friendly. The room was clean, but could be updated. Nevertheless, I would say the room was fine, except for the thin walls where you can hear your neighbors conversations. Overall, the stay was good, except when we went to the hotel restaurant (904 west) the morning of checkout. When we got there, we were unsure if we had to wait for seating or be seated. After waiting a few minutes, the waiter finally said we can sit anywhere. We sat down at a table and proceeded to the breakfast buffet. After we got our food we realized that we had no syrup or ketchup. I asked the waiter for some ketchup and with a bad attitude he said, "I'll bring it to your table". I realized that he was busy, however, it was not necessary to speak in such a manor to a paying customer. After waiting a while, I got back up and asked another worker for ketchup and she brought it to our table immediately. The male worker continuously checked on the tables around us and waited in them, but he did not come to our table, not once. After I realized what was going on, my spose and I left immediately. We had breakfast vouchers that we ended up giving to a very nice woman who woked there and advised that she would take care of us for our hard time at the restaurant. When we checked out, the front desk personel apologized and took our breakfast bill and parking fee off of our overall hotel bill. I feel like we were being discriminated against, which made me feel exceptionally uncomfortable and upset.
