She treat me very bad, as i was guilt for the room's key problem, and this was the third time i stayed at this hotel and i had the same issue in the previous stay as well. February 7, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by same issues seem to happen Have stayed at this location now for 5 years when I am up here for work. Even making reservations is a chore despite the amount of time I spend here during the year. Room conditions very dated. No special amenities. Housekeeping varies depending on the time that you stay. I stay here 20 nights a year and have yet to have a comfortable experience on a consistant basis. Upon checkout this time i conferred with the asst. General mgr. about my concerns. As an ihg credit card member my platinum status is guaranteed so staying 20 nights means less now than before. As i read through other comments from others it seems i am not alone with my experiences at this property. Tough choices to be made in the coming months as the location is ideal for me, but it may be time to move on. January 31, 2016

My business partner got a better room rate booking at the last minute and the front desk heard us discussing it and then offered me the same rate. Now that is good business service, I will be back! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and Convenient We tried to use a debit card to pay for the room and were told that it would be charged twice and then refunded several days later. The front desk worker was very friendly and we appreciated the up front information, but this did make things inconvenient. The room was fine. I just stayed to sleep and did not use any of the amenities or restaurants in the hotel. January 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed I have stayed at this hotel before but this last visit was miserable. There was a local hockey tournament in the area and kids were running up and down the halls all night with commotion into the early morning. I paid for a non smoking room and there was a smell of smoke throughout the hall were we stood. Barely got any sleep and was more than happy to leave. My options will certainly be open on my next visit to the area. January 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating The hotel staff was very accommodating to my needs. Great location and overall clean. Even though The hotel was busy, it was not noisy in my room and I could sleep easy. My only suggestion is that the hotel cosmetically needs updated. January 20, 2016
