Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Meh. I had to show up for work at 2.00a and I went to this hotel at 6p to get a few hours of needed sleep first. The front desk checked me in swiftly and politely, and offered me a 2p late checkout the next day, which I gladly accepted. When I went to the room, I noticed that one of the beds was very poorly made, the bathtub seemed to be dirty, and the room smelled almost mildewy. I went downstairs and asked if they had anything to freshen the air and they offered a chemical spray, which I declined. I went to the market and bought some citrus and scraped the rinds to release their essence and block the smell. I left for work at 1.30a and took my property from the room, but left the DO NOT DISTURB in the door. I returned at 11.30a for a couple of hours more sleep before driving back to LA. My key didn't work and housekeeping had been in the room already. Pretty disappointing. No, I won't go back. November 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great customer service,comfortable bed My three grand children, oldest daughter and myself stayed at this location while visiting Disneyland, our 2 bed room themed suite(pirate) was decorated tasteful with plenty of room for comfort. My grandchildren were very excited of having the Disney experience without staying at a Disney Hotel. The hotel is 1 block away from downtown Disney. Thank You Holiday Inn for making our stay a magical experience! November 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room needs a deep clean We stayed in Starwars suite which was quiet comfortable and very large. The room was dusty, edges needed vaccuming and dressers needed to be wiped down. Bathroom small and dated drain plug was out and hard to push in. Kitchen sink was plugged and had to ask twice to have someone come fix.The bar stools at kitchen were old and needed to be replaced. November 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Two-bedroom suite a lifesaver We traveled to Disneyland with our 5-week old grandbaby and her parents. This hotel was perfectly located (walking distance to Disneyland Resort) and very reasonably priced. All of us slept comfortably with a living area between the bedrooms, in spite of middle of the night feedings. The room was decorated with Disney motifs, it was clean, the food in the restaurant was good, we even enjoyed the bar for wind-down drinks. We would recommend this hotel (in fact we already have) to anyone headed to Disneyland and we will stay there again. November 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NW Corner of Disneyland Great Location. The #11 Shuttle picks you up for Disneyland right at the front door. Staff is the best. You can also use Uber for back and forth trips for about $5.00 each way with only a 5 minute waiting period for the car to arrive. The Shuttle can have several stops. Suggestion is to have Uber service to and from Disneyland Downtown ...then take the Monorail which is only steps from where Uber drops you or picks you up. This saves a lot of walking compared to entering at the main gate. The #11 Shuttle is a good choice for returning because the Holiday Inn is the first stop. November 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Close to Disneyland Visit started out great with an upgrade to a suite since I am a Platinum member. Room was great except for the location right next to the pool. This was not too much trouble for us since we were at Disneyland for most of the day. Only thing that would have made the stay better was a safe. There was not a place to store valuables in our room. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland and would highly recommend it! November 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First Experience The hotel is much older than I anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised how small the TV is in the room, did not like the toiletries and I was extremely disappointed how bad the quality of the toilet paper is. The only reason I reserved this hotel was because of the location - we are looking for a hotel as closely as possible to the Disneyland resorts. I am not sure I would come back again to his hotel.
