Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay. We just completed another great stay. After dealing with freezing weather and flight delays, it was comforting to return to our Ann Arbor home. We were able to check in smoothly, enjoy some time in the bar and then a restful sleep. EVERYONE on staff seemed to be trying extra hard to make our stay a great experience. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very helpful and caring staff Our daughter had outpatient knee surgery and we had to spend the night locally. During check-on they were able to accommodate us in a wheelchair accessible room. The beds were comfortable and room was updated and clean. The next morning we were leaving and our daughter wasn't feeling well and an employees who was just arriving came to help. I didn't get her name but appreciate all she did to help us. She went above and beyond and when I expressed our thanks she said that's what we are here for. Thanks for making a difficult situation better. February 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort of the bed I had a twin bed room. The bed I like to use is next to the bathroom for convience and to be away from the windows when it was 22 below zero for the three nights I was there. The other bed seem ok, but the bed I slept in was well worn and you just sank in the bed feeling the springs. It definitely needed a new mattress. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Romantic Package The hotel was really nice. The hottub was enjoyable, we were bummed out it was broken the next morning but gladly we went the night before. The band at dinner was great. I liked that we got a movie, the bottle of wine, and breakfast in the package; along with the other stuff. February 22, 2015
