We will be returning to Holiday Inn because we were so well satisfied with your accommodations, service and food. Your staff is extremely personable. This makes a big difference. It's a huge waste of time because of the line and calls at the front desk, unbelievably understaffed. Definitely my worst experience with Ihg hotels. May 2, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not for Business I waited to write this review hoping to be contacted since I did complain. Checked in and tried to put me by an exit door on the first floor which would have been noisy. Then was told we would upgrade you but we're not going to. Next morning they seem to have large groups so restaurant was slammed so very difficult to get service. Not easy for the servers but front desk should inform business traveler. When checking out asked to have my breakfast charges put on my bill. Desk person calls and "yea this guy wants his bill put on his room" and something else that was mumbled. The customer, gentleman or Mr would work fine but I don't believe it's trained. Would not stay again. April 28, 2016
