Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Ballston The staff are all excellent. When I order food from the bar, Roberto the bartender always makes sure that it comes out hot by checking the kitchen. Last night, once again my fries were straight out of the fryer. Muhammad the shuttle driver gave me his personal phone number so that I am able to contact him directly when I require transportation. All of the staff put the customer first. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location and an appreciated save It has a convenient location for both the metro station and numerous restaurants. It was quite easy to pick up the subway from the airport. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was quite good. Most importantly, I forgot my computer cable, and the great people at the Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston sent it to me via UPS free of charge. That is great service, and I will happily stay here again. January 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, Affordable and Awesome service. I wasonly here becuase I live in DC but work in the area and got stuck in the blizzard but I am very glad I stayed. The service provided was great and whatever I needed I was able to get. It was such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere my boyfriend and I didn't want to leave. The location is great its a short distance from the metro station. Theres a shoppping mall, grocery store, and a ton of restraunts and bars in the area. The only tissue I had was I thought there would be a FREE continential breakfast availble...wishful thinking lol. But the resturant onsite has good food for a reasonable price. If your an IHG club member you get free coffee in the morning ;) January 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Clean Hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants and most importantly to place of my business. In addition, it's a short walk from the Metro and made it easy to get around the area. Room was comfortable, but the walls are a bit thin so even me as hard of hearing, I could still hear noises outside my room when I wore my hearing aid. Most likely, doors closing/slamming shut.
