Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay in Asheville at the Holiday Inn The property is modern and up to date. I ate at the restaurant due to a winter storm that night and found the food and service to be very good. The front desk staff welcomed me as an IHG Rewards customer. They were very pleasant and friendly. Overall, an enjoyable stay. February 23, 2015

Without most of the employees, managers stepped in and served and cooked to feed all stranded guest. The staff made me feel at home. February 20, 2015

Everything else was very nice about this hotel. The hotel has a nice clean appearance the lobby is clean and the hotel staff was very nice. February 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shocking showers Although the room was relatively clean it did not ever warm up. The temperature was rather cold and I had hoped to have a comfortable stay. When I attempted a warm shower in the morning I was shocked when the hot water ran out and I had to finish in the cold. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay. February 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The staff was professional and courteous. The hotels best asset was the staff. Hotel looks nice and is located in a good area near restaurants and shopping. However, the bed was so hard I could not get comfortable. Carpet was stained and appeared dirty. Shower rod was installed upside down causing shower curtain to not stay closed. Facial tissues were poor quality and felt like sandpaper. February 11, 2015
