Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Atlanta Downtown- Centennial Park Everything was nice when I got there from the valet parking to the attitudes of the people working in the hotel from the Front desk to the maintenance people. The only thing that I did not like was that the furniture in the room was very old, including the television. I dealt with the furniture but the maintenance person did have to come fix the television. As a whole, I enjoyed my stay. February 3, 2016

I was pleased to fine out that the venue was right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us. We ordered room service and the food was delicious and arrived quickly. I will most likely choose to stay at this location again. January 27, 2016

They overbooked and told us the day we were driving down that we would need to be in another hotel for one day and then move over. During this process, they made another error in our reservation. Although we reserved for Thursday-Sunday, they told us on Saturday that we were supposed to check out (there were no other hotel rooms in the area, and they never acknowledged their error). They did work it out, but it was not a smooth visit when it came to the reservation details. January 19, 2016
