Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life Room condition: Terrible Hotel Location: Terrible Hotel Staff: Rude Avoid this hotel, they do not clean your room every day, even if they clean, they do not take the trash. I complaint to hotel manager Leonard about this and he was very rude and instead of apologizing he threatened to cancel my reservation and even went as far as sending someone to my room to vacate immediately. The rooms are in horrible condition. I would not recommend this hotel. May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK, but not the best As a Platinum IHG Member, I stay at hotels all over the country. This hotel is ok...clean and has been newly remodeled. Desk staff seems pretty distracted...and have stayed twice in the past few months...not once was I greeted as a IHG Member or offered the standard welcome package or points. Not a major deal. Have never received a check out invoice at either checkout. Remodeled restrooms, where low budget and some issues during both stays... May 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cigarette Smoke Smell in Room I reached at about 11:15 PM. I checked into a non-smoking room. Was given a room. I could smell cigarette smoke smell in the room and went back down to change room. The next room they gave me was even worse. The third room I got also had the cigarette smoke smell. I finally gave in and decided to hang in the third room. The electrical outlets close to bed (on the lamp) did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Overall ... a very bad experience. The room was very nice, there was coffee and ice water always available in the lobby, room amenities were fine, beds and bedding were wonderful, grounds were very pretty, breakfast was basic but quite good. Only a few issues - we'd paid ahead and called requesting late check-in - it took quite a while to actually check in. We couldn't get the curtains to block out the street lights, plus a lot of light came in the door. And there wasn't a bartender working on weekend so we couldn't get a glass of wine. Other than that, I'd definitely return. May 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room for business trip The room had a den area with a sofa and desk with chair. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was load but average for most hotels. I had one meal that was average. Of course, I didn't expect a five star chef to prepare it. I am satisfied with my stay and will use Holiday Inn in the future. May 9, 2015
