Check-In and out were hassle free. On-Duty Manager Lenord, great job! Very pleasant attendant at the desk during my check out as well. I wish that I could have gotten her name... Very nice! I cannot say the same about the Property Manager Princess (I believe that is her postion), bad attitude! She might need to undergo extensive training on customer service because apparently she has forgotten what it entails.

Can't wait to see finish of remodeling. Male guest reservation clerk greeting on check in 4-10-2015 very professional welcoming.
Steak dinner overcooked but i didn't report until next dining in.
Head manager talkative and always smiling to guests and always visible.
