Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and staff The prepaid rate was an excellent value. I stayed in town to see Shen Yun at the Hippodrome. ( It was the best show I have ever seen.) The hotel is older, but well kept and clean. The room was a nice size. The staff was excellent...everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. I can't recommend the restaurant though. Breakfast was's hard to ruin breakfast, but dinner was surprisingly poor for a hotel restaurant. February 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shocked We came around the corner and were greeted by a 9 car back- up just trying to get into your facility with police telling us we had to keep driving around the block until the other cars moved from your driveway. I walked in to your lobby with a back up of 12 guests standing in a line to be checked in. Although your staff was VERY personable, I feel they needed more assistance. Initially, I was told there would be a $25/night charge for parking at your facility, but upon check-in I was told we would have to park at another hotel a block away "if" they had room. There was no valet to help and was very surprising that a hotel of this size would not have ample parking for its guests. I am an IHG member and had my reservations early and had asked to not be next to an elevator and that is exactly where I ended up even after asking again at check-in. At your on-site bar we were greeted by a bartender that is obviously in the wrong business since it seemed to be an intrusion of his time just to take our order. We tried your on-site restaurant for dinner, after 2hrs (waiting for cheese-steaks and chicken wings) we never received dinner at all and left.....While the waitress was kind, there was no excuse as to this happening. The next morning we tried to give your on-site restaurant a try... needless to say, I never received the "free breakfast" because your wait was out the door (several times we tried) and was told it could be an hour or two to get seated. I will not give a bad grade because I believe with improvement of your restaurant, bar, and parking / need for valet things will get better for there. I know there was a concert across the street but I am sure you have a much higher volume of guests when it is baseball/football season. I am shocked at how unprepared the facility seemed to be over all. Thank you. February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Stay despite the snow! Very comfortable hotel that kept high service levels despite the record snow outside. The dinner food menu was greatly reduced by our third night but this was due to the weather and is the only reason we have marked the food down. Overall we were very pleased - well done! For the price you pay I expected alot more creature comforts. It is what it is, very basic for a Holiday Inn. February 4, 2016
