Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 several concerns Needed more staff at check in and out due to long lines and the front desk phone was not answered in a timely manner. Then I was put on hold for too long. The pool ran out of pool towels and staff was unable to get more so we had to use our bath towels (not a huge problem). Then it took over an hour to get replacement towels (problem). Waiter at breakfast was not helpful regarding questions free breakfast for kids. Limited choices for kids also. Overall the hotel was in a good location. We slept well. March 31, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Cleanliness When we first entered our room it had a smoky smell. I reported this immediately to the front desk as I did not want to be charged a smoking charge since we don't smoke. They said they would send someone up to disinfect the room - no one ever showed up. When we returned later in the evening and pulled back the covers to get into bed there was a blood stain on the bottom sheet on the right side of the bed right up near the pillows - how this was missed by the cleaning staff is beyond me. It was late and we did not want to have to wait for someone to come up and change the sheets so we slept on one side of the bed. I am in the Quality Assurance business and really find this unacceptable. I reported the problem the next morning and they slightly discounted my room for the first night. They changed the sheets for our second night. The front desk desk was very nice but these two issues left a really bad impression with us. March 25, 2015

Guest room bathroom looked rather aged and could use a fan and some better lighting, but overall a great room. Great hotel restaurant, awesome people working in there and nice atmosphere.
