This place is a nice location but smells of smoke and is the last IHG Hotel we will use for business or leisure. I run a large non profit and would like to use the meeting and conference areas but my staff do not like the rooms. August 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No sleep for the tired traveler After telling the check in clerk about our lengthy drive that day of over 1100 miles and how bad we needed a good night of rest we were given a room right next to a busy highway and the roar from the vehicles going by kept us awake all night!! It was hard to get going in the morning and we felt wasted the entire day as we traveled so far and didn't sleep, we would have been better off sleeping in our car. August 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected from a Holiday Inn I have stayed at many Holiday Inns during my travels. Unfortunately, this hotel was not like other Holiday Inns I've been too. I arrived a little after 4:00pm after traveling for over 10 hours with 2 dogs and was told my room wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. I was offered 10% off breakfast or a free drink at the bar restaurant but with 2 dogs that I couldn't leave alone in the room, I didn't see how that was helpful. When I finally did get into my room, the smell was way too fragrant. It smelled like a flower bomb had just gone off. The room and hotel were very run down. It felt neglected and I was glad I was only there for a short one night stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying again. August 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Sheets and no refridgerator I requested a refrigerator for my medication prior to my stay, and twice more after check-in. Each time I was told it was "no problem", but I never got the fridge. The Front Desk staff were stiffly polite. Didn't smile, and didn't really seem to be interested in me as a guest, or my stay. In my room, there was no soap in the bathroom, and I went to the front desk to get some. They gave me some, but didn't really seem to care. I asked about a fridge and told them I had been told I could have one. She said she would have one sent up. Returning to my room, I pulled back the covers and discovered the sheets were dirty and wrinkled. Obviously they had not been changed from the last stay. I called the Front Desk for clean sheets, and the fridge, and the lady said she would have them sent up. She never apologized or seemed concerned in anyway. A half hour later a staff member knocked on my door, and handed me the sheets. I asked about the fridge and he stated there were no more available. So I changed my sheets, and put my meds on ice. I've had really good experiences here in the past, but it felt like the quality and staff attitude went way down hill since my last stay. August 19, 2015
