My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay just as we have in the past. The two gentleman at the front desk during check in were very helpful and polite.

This hotel needs some updates. The rooms are old and the doors are thin. Breakfast is very expensive and hot items were cold. Vending machine took $2 and the front desk ignored me. Noise level was very loud and when I departed on Sunday morning, there was a man passed out in the hallway. Not the typical Holiday Inn property that I have experienced. They better be careful or they might get their flag taken and end up The Billings Beast. The best part of my stay was the van to and from the airport. Very good drivers.

This is a very nice place to stay. Beginning to show its age - carpets are worn but very clean, colors are outdated. Staff was courteous and helpful, both the front desk staff and maid for our room were friendly and always smiling. Our handicap room was large and clean, second floor close to the elevator. Lobby is grand and lovely. Lots of parking. Did not use the restaurant or lounge but food smelled good.
Would stay there again when in Billings. Easy to get to from the highway.

When made reservations asked for early check-in for 2:00 since I told them we'd be there 2:00-3:00. When we arrived at 2:30 they had 1 room ready. Was told other room wasn't ready yet and told it would be 45 min yet but would be close together and was that ok. Told them that would be ok. So helped my dad and stepmom to their room. Came back about 20 min later to wait. Their was a new desk clerk there at this time and asked if could help so told him was waiting for room to be cleaned. He checked on rooms and said could get me a room when it was cleaned at the other end of the hallway. Told him was told rooms would be close so he looked and finally found one 5 rooms away needing cleaning yet so I said I'd take it. Finally at 4:10 they got the room cleaned 1 hr 40 min wait. All the desk person said was sign this and placed key on counter and walked off. No sorry for the wait or anything, GREAT way to treat Elite Gold club members or anyone else.

the hotel was perfect for our recent work vacation
my husband is wheelchair bound and the accessible room with the roll in shower worked great. staff were friendly and helpful.
we would definitely stay again.

I am a member of an organization that had a bad experience at this hotel. I was put in a room other than my original reservation or selected room. No microwave or fridge as requested in the room but made a request for the items and did not see them as promised. Room was not cleaned one day and requested clean towels and garbage to be picked up. The hotel front desk tried to put another person into my room with me which is unheard of as long as I have been traveling. They didn't know I was in this room from the first day to the time I check out. I wasn't asked if I was an IHG member during check in or check out.
