Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised I must admit, I was somewhat skeptical about staying at this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews, however i decided to give it a shot as the number of convenient pet friendly hotels were limited and I figured that I might as well get some reward points while traveling for work. The check-in process went extremely well, I was immediately recognized and thanked for my gold status, and the gentleman at the desk upgraded my room and reduced the pet fee for me. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. And very quiet, I did not hear a peep from the neighbors and got a great night sleep!. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and found the food to be quite good, and very reasonably priced for a hotel. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to others. May 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by When in Billings be careful of this Holiday Inn My wife and I have been traveling to Missoula for a graduation. On Monday we checked into this Holiday Inn after a long day on the road. We entered our room to leave our bags there and went out for dinner. When we got back we looked around the room and noticed is wasn't very clean. My wife then looked at the stuffed chair and noticed the arms of the chair were dirty. The arms looked like they had black oily dirt on them. We went to bed and noticed the sheets were so thin they looked more like gauze than sheets. When I travel for business I usually reserve my rooms with Holiday Inn because I know I'll get a clean room. In this case the room was not up to the standards of the Holiday Inn system. May 13, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room cleanliness The bed and room furniture were fine; but the room smelled of smoke and beer. It was like someone had a big party in there night before. Since I am extremely allergic to smoke, I barely slept all night. However, staff was very polite and courteous. Signage poor as very large facility and takes awhile to get your grounding. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service Shuttle Service was very poor, I was forced to get a cab from the airport because the shuttle never showed up despite the staff's assurances that it would. I would also mention that some of the bar staff were particularly difficult to deal with, and the bar was not a nice experience. May 11, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Grand My experience was not great. I was there for a two day stay. I reserved a roll away and had to ask three times. I did not ever receive it the first night. Also, I had to ask for towels twice before they were ever delivered. The rooms were pretty dated and the cleaning service did not ever come. I am not a hotel snob at all but had higher expectations for a Holiday Inn. I would expect that at a motel. May 7, 2015
