The staff make this hotel. Lisa in the restaurant is a credit to the hotel and runs the restaurant with true professionalism. She is attentive, polite and an ambassador to the hotel. Chris Butler can not do enough for the guests and is also a credit to the hotel. Sonya at the front desk is always welcoming, polite and extremely helpful as are the bar staff, Mario, Gabriel, Ben, Matthew and the rest of the team. I would always recommend this hotel due to the excellent, professional service of the staff. They should all be commended on their professionalism.

Mattress extremely uncomfortable with dip in middle. Advised staff. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. We were offered extra pillows and duvets to put on the bed. We were travelling from Scotland to Cornwall and stopped here for rest. Will not be using this hotel again.

This hotel would be OK for anyone passing through, but for a longer stay I have my doubts, It was adequate in most respects but their pricing policy was a shambles and very poorly explained when encountered.
The meals were disappointing and the time delays were too long.
More attention is needed on the issue of Gluten intolerance in items available,
The room we used had a non-operative shower and we had to ask for the spare bed to be made up despite the fact that we had booked the room for three people. Only two mugs were provided for making tea/coffee.
Niggly little things that ought to be noticed.
