We were forgotten about following the flood with NO service until phoned two days later. Grounds are beautiful and the room where the dog show was held was a great size and easy to access. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice desk people We had issues when they cleaned or didn't clean our room. First night they never left coffee or cups when they cleaned the room. The second day our room wasn't cleaned until after 7:00 PM. The desk people were nice and sent coffee and cups to our room which was nice but they had a hard time getting someone to clean our room in a timely manner. May 22, 2015

Also it would be helpful to have a connecting room to the mobility access rooms so family members traveling together have access in the event the elderly or disabled member needs assistance. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable overnight stay Overall, the hotel was quite nice, a good choice for the wedding we attended in the area, accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The room was a long walk from the front desk, which was ordinarily fine but I had a lot of baggage, and food that needed to come in as it was prepared for the following day's activities. A cart or dolly by the desk would have been much appreciated. Also, the paint fumes in the freshly painted second floor landing were bad. They fortunately did not carry down and around to my rooms. The hallways were very warm. Brunch in the Minuteman Grille was good, altho at 8:00 there surprisingly were several empty hot trays. The 12:00 check out was great. May 14, 2015
