Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Another Chance I stayed here again giving the benefit of maybe just a bad day last year. Both stays were for an in house trade show vendor fair. Last year we had some issues with rooms and when I asked for the manager, problem not only solved but I was impressed by her. THIS YEAR again I was checked in by the same "fellow" I had issues last stay. I'm am a platinum elite, upgrades are normal to ask for. This "fellow" copped an immediate attitude and told me none was available. I just checked on line before i arrived so I told him possibly I may have been mistaken and I would be willing to purchase the suite so I could entertain. He then told me the first floor was an upgrade. It took me 15 hours for a 11 hour drive. I just wanted to lay down. I said thank you. I asked for a luggage cart and the fellow turned away and the other person at the desk told us that there were none available. She called for a maintenance worker "PETER". As we were unloading my baggage and show stuff, Peter showed up with a kitchen utility cart. He was embarrassed no luggage carts but he helped drag our stuff through the snow. In the hallway there was a sweeper outside my room, and we passed a small white refrigerator that both were there until morning. I am quite aware how staff can make or break a hotel experience good or bad, I don't review unless I feel it was really good or really "disappointing" bad. NOT MUCH guessing here. February 28, 2015

The banquet/business center staff was attentive and aided in set up and moving things when needed. Front desk was friendly and helpful even working promptly to correct a billing issue at check in before it became a problem. February 25, 2015
