Great location for attending a game at Fenway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfotunately I've been having trouble with billing. Paid using IHG points, but the staff charged my credit card for the full room rate as well. I brought this up to the front desk at checkout and they claimed to have removed the extra charge. A week later, the extra charge was still on my credit card. After calling the hotel, i was bounced around to multiple staff before finally finding someone who claims it will be removed. Still waiting...

Nice stay as usual. Very nice staff. Wildie checked us in, Everton checked us out and Mohamed and Subas were the smiling morning greeters.

Steps away from the green line T, we used this as our base of operations to tour Boston College, Tufts, and Northeastern University.

I believe I recapped my experience in the survey. overall had a bad stay with the bathroom being the worst of all my issues. I will gladly email my pictures since I could not attach due to size.

My overall stay was good enough to recommend the hotel and to use the hotel for future visits.
The breakfast staff was very attentive and had great enjoyable personalities. Something I remembered when I stayed at the hotel in 2015.
The location is great; with interesting local vendor's that were interesting to explore, as well as access to the "GREEN LINE", and easy walk to the medical area or use of the Hotel's shuttle(both of which I did).
I would recommend that the lighting and materials used for the interior of the rooms and center common areas be up-graded to give a "fresh", "bright" appearance. There was way too much use of brown tones that gave the common areas near the center of the hotel a "dingy" and perhaps "dismal" look. I think due to proximity to the medical area it could help the mental state of the patients that may be there for various forms of treatments an opportunity to take their mind off their situation.
I think more "natural lighting" would help, and a face lift for the interior portions of the hotel
The rooms facing the street had excessive amounts of lighting, an extreme contrast compared to those staying in the interior facing rooms.
I did notice as well that the bathroom floors were not as clean in the corners, and the shower was extremely cramped. I stayed in room 140.
Finally, I noticed that a drain pipe above the floor in the parking garage was leaking water that may have been from our bathroom(approximate vicinity). It had a rubber hose/lead fitting clamped to hopefully eliminate the leak. However, since it was overhead in the garage it could leak on customers walking to their cars...an opportunity.
