Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very friendly and caring staff from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile . my husband is on crutches so the man at the front desk put us in a room right outside the elevator so he didn't have to walk far. they also gave us free parking. I have stayed there before alone while my husband was at the hospital and I always feel safe. tom the shuttle driver remembered me and was very nice, Daniel the bartender was also. everyone is always very nice to me its homey.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by what we expected We find this hotel to fit our needs. Past visits have been fine and a discounted for a medical purpose visit. It is just outside the actual downtown of boston in a more residential area for a more relaxed atmosphere and better nights sleep. Numerous stays here and we keep returning. April 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff great, hotel lacking The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The room was too hot to sleep and the a/c was locked at 68 - unable to sleep because it was too hot. The room shows its age and was a bit depressing in furnishings and colors. The paper bathroom products were sparse and cheap. The conference rooms were either cool and comfortable but then suddenly would switch to hot and stuffy. The one meal I had (room service) was a turkey BLT and fries that was missing the bacon and cranberry mayo. I was too hungry to send it back. April 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Customer Service The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered. They are very rude. Even the managers and supervisors don't care about their guests. The hotel is very nice, but that does not make up for the very poor service I received. Due to their poor service I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! Location is excellent whether you're in Boston for business or pleasure. Customer service was exceptional especially for one of the busiest weekends in Boston with the marathon events. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. It was nice to have access to laundry facilities during our stay. Pool area was great for kids. Bed was very comfortable in the suite. Only suggested area of improvement is to replace the mattresses on the rollaway cots...those were uncomfortable but not a huge impact on our stay. April 24, 2015
